Chasing Ironies

Blogging’s never been my thing. Probably because I find pleasure in the typical ink-paper-journal type of writing. There’s something relaxing about seeing your messy handwriting on paper as you finish off an entry with a flourish.

Yes, messy. I’ve always been messy when writing. My thoughts can’t keep up with my hand. I like that. I think it’s so traditional. Nearly artistic. And I love leafing through those journals when I don’t have anything to do.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the luxury of writing in a journal anymore. I go home too late, and during weekends I prefer to read instead of writing. My brain’s just too tired.

So that’s why I started this blog. Maybe it’s time I broaden my domain, go outside my closet and discover what this new writing world has in store for me.

Hello world. How appropriate.
